Health Matters is dedicated to answering everyday medical questions. Along the way, Health Matters explores cancer, body parts, diets, moods, medical myths - and everything in between.
Dr. John D’Arcy began his broadcasting career nearly 20 years ago as a producer and presenter for the Seven Network.
Today he is still the medical reporter for some of the Network’s shows.
Involved with a number of charitable institutions, Dr. John is a board member of the Institute of Immunology and Allergy Research and is associated with the Millennium Foundation at the Westmead Campus.
Dr. John is also on the board and management committee of The Sydney University –Vietnam Foundation, the board of the Colo-Rectal Foundation and is the Australian facilitator for the Nelson Soares Trust Fund, named after the man who lost a leg in the closing moments of the Timor conflict.
