Kate Kimmorley
Kate Kimmorley is an authorized representative of GWM Adviser Services.

Kate is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), member of the Financial Planning Association.  She is the Principal and Managing Director of Kimmorley Financial Management.  She commenced her career in 1992 and has been providing exclusive services to high net worth individuals and businesses. Her expertise includes the development of wealth creation through a broad range of financial planning strategies, and upholding the industry best standards of service she is known for.

Kate regularly attends technical seminars and industry conferences, which not only allow her to keep up to date, but creates plenty of opportunities to catch up with hundreds of colleagues.   Consequently, she has had hours and hours of interesting conversations with the best and the worst.
In 2004 Kate also facilitated and taught the Diploma of Financial Planning to students of the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE.

Kate is well known in the Gold Coast Business community.  She is heavily involved in Rotary, having been a past President of the Surfers Paradise Central Rotary Club.   Recently, her talents and successes were highlighted in a local business women’s magazine, ‘Women in Focus’.   They wrote a feature article on her interesting life and business acumen, as well as photographing her for the front cover.

With such a full-on corporate life during the week, Kate switches off on the weekends by swapping suits for jeans and a T-shirt, doing a bit of horse-riding and gardening on the 10-acre property she shares with her partner and his two young children.

Josie Kay
Josie Kay was admitted as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in August 1998 and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).  Having commenced in corporate superannuation with MLC in 1990, Josie Kay gained invaluable experience addressing the financial planning needs of senior executives of large corporations as well as employee benefits advice.   Josie was then promoted to the role of Business Development Manager for Central Queensland and in 1998 appointed State Dealership Manager.   In this role she mentored financial planners and trained and assisted them to develop complex financial planning strategies.   Most importantly, she was responsible for ensuring they complied with all the relevant regulations.   In 2002, she left this position due to her family’s relocation to the Gold Coast

Josie is the Principal of The MoneyOrganiser (go to www.moneyorgaiser.com.au.)  and an authorised representative of Professional Investment Services Pty Ltd, an Australian Financial Services Licensee No. 234951.   She gains enormous satisfaction assisting people to organise their financial life.  She also loves the challenge of co-hosting the show where she is required to answer questions about all things financial in a simple and straightforward manner.

Financial Planners must keep up to date to do their job effectively.  This task alone is challenging and time consuming.   However, when you are passionate about the benefits of financial planning and organising the financial affairs of individuals and small business, it is easy and immensely enjoyable to keep abreast with what’s happening with the economy and how different factors may affect an individual’s wealth creation goals.     Adding to this, there are also the never ending changes to tax, superannuation and social security.     Josie does practice what she preaches, and has her own personal goals for creating wealth and financial peace of the mind for the future.

Josie is an extremely busy woman, managing a household within three young children, her husband’s medical practice as well as her own business, The MoneyOrganiser.   As they say, ‘if you want something done, just ask the busiest person’.   Josie is trying to squeeze as much as possible into life and wouldn’t change anything,  as she just loves it all!
